Mark is the proud owner of Castle Café in New Buckenham, trading since December 2023. He is front of house and assisted daily by our chef Phil. Phil also makes our cakes and sweet treats in house. Ali steps in to help out in the kitchen and also makes the millionaire's shortbread, chocolate brownies (melt in the mouth), soups, and chilli.
